salon policy:
Due to liabilities and safety regulations, all children under the age of 10 who are not receiving services from Shelby Alexandra or any stylist at Sugar Plum are prohibited entry to the salon.

booking & Cancellation policy:
All services booked require a card to be kept on file and a 25% Retainer Fee to guarantee your appointment slot. Retainer Fees collected at the time of booking are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Card kept on file will only be used in the case of a cancellation or no show made under 72 hours and for no other purpose, unless requested by guest.
If a cancellation of any sort must be made, a 72 hour notice must be given prior to your scheduled appointment. If 72 hours notice is given then the Retainer Fee will still be valid for 6 months and will roll over into your next appointment scheduled. Any rescheduling under 72 hours will be required to pay 100% of their total cost of service booked + a new Retainer Fee which will be charged to the card on file.
In, regards to the Retainer Fee, a personalized invoice will be sent over immediately and must be paid within 24 hours from the original booking date to avoid cancellation of your appointment. The remaining balance of your service will then be due upon the date and time of actual appointment.
Saturday Appointment
Cancellation Policy:
Due to high demand, Saturday appointments booked will now require a weeks notice for cancellation or reschedule. The guests card will be charged a 100% Cancellation Fee of the entire cost of the service booked if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason without a 7 day advance notice. If a new appointment is requested, a new Retainer Fee will be required to book the follow up appointment.
