salon + booking policies

salon policy:

Due to liabilities and safety regulations, all children under the age of 10 who are not receiving services from Shelby Alexandra or any stylist at Sugar Plum are prohibited entry to the salon.

booking & Cancellation policy:

For all booked appointments, a Credit Card must be kept on file. This Credit Card will only be used in the case of a cancellation or no show made under 72 hours and for no other purpose, unless requested by guest. A policy + credit card authorization contract will be sent over during the time of booking and is required to hold your appointment.

If a cancellation of any sort must be made, a 72 hour notice must be given prior to your scheduled appointment. Any rescheduling under 72 hours will be required to pay 50% of their total cost of service booked. If a no show of the booked appointment occurs, your Credit Card on file will have a 100% cancellation fee charged.  

Saturday Appointment

Cancellation Policy:

Due to high demand, Saturday appointments booked will now require a weeks notice for cancellation or reschedule. The guests card will be charged a 100% Cancellation Fee of the entire cost of the service booked if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason without a 7 day advance notice.
